$1 billion New Jersey team joins eXp Realty, while Oklahoma's Sage Sotheby's International Realty expands into Kansas City with the acquisition of Element Sotheby's. Coldwell Banker Warburg adds a Brooklyn office and six agents in Manhattan.
Jeff Quintin is bringing his 15-agent team to eXp after eight years at Keller Williams. The Quintin Group, founded in 1992, serves southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia metro area. With over $1 billion in combined sales volume and more than 5,000 transactions, the team's expertise spans vacation properties, primary residences, new construction, investments, and commercial properties.
Quintin cited lower operating costs and more revenue streams as key factors in joining eXp, but emphasized a collaborative culture and personal branding opportunities. "eXp provides the freedom to focus on my passion for coaching agents, growing my team, and creating a sustainable exit strategy," he said.
Oklahoma's Sage Sotheby's International Realty has acquired Element Sotheby's International Realty in Kansas City. Founded by Andy Bash in 2014, Element serves the metropolitan area and aligns with Sage's vision and values. The acquisition strengthens Sage's ability to empower agents with best-in-class tools and resources.
Coldwell Banker Warburg is expanding into Brooklyn with a new office in DUMBO and adding six agents in Manhattan. The firm's offices in Tribeca and the Upper East Side will now be complemented by the Brooklyn branch, which will help meet the demands of its fast-paced market. Six agents have joined the firm: Susan Katz, Patricia Gilman, Anna Gorelik, Emily Halpin, Ava Anz, and Matteo Romani.
