Xp Realty has recently made two significant moves in the brokerage industry, adding top teams in Maryland and Vancouver to their ranks. In Maryland, Brandon Brittingham and his 30-person team have joined eXp Realty after leaving Long & Foster, where they were the No. 1 large team in Maryland and No. 2 in the U.S. in 2022. The team sold over 7,000 homes worth $1.5 billion in sales volume while at Long & Foster. Bryce Hansen and his five-agent team from Vancouver Island's Comox Valley have also joined eXp Realty after leaving RE/MAX. The team achieved nearly $178.5 million in closed sales in 2023.

The Agency has opened a new office in Park Slope, Brooklyn, its eighth location in New York. The office will be led by industry veterans Michael Smith and Donald Mastroianni, who also manage The Agency's Long Island offices. This move marks a significant milestone in The Agency's strategic growth in the region.

Coldwell Banker Realty in New England has gained two top producers in Boston. Katherine Bell and Maddy Petrini, leaders of the Bell Petrini Group, have joined its office after leaving Compass. Based in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, the Bell Petrini Group has over 20 years of experience with more than $47 million in sales this year. Bell and Petrini have each sold more than $100 million in real estate throughout their careers and bring extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of Boston's neighborhoods.

These moves demonstrate the dynamic nature of the brokerage industry, with frequent mergers, acquisitions, and milestones. They also highlight the importance of top producers in driving growth and success in the industry.
