he brokerage business is constantly evolving with frequent mergers, acquisitions, and milestones. Here are some recent developments across the US:

    Realty of America co-founders Erinn and Peter Nobel are leaving the firm they founded just three months ago to focus on their upstart ENRG Realty. The couple cited disagreements over how to build and scale a brokerage as the reason for their departure. They plan to revive ENRG, which aims to "professionalize the industry" with a new approach to revenue sharing.

    William Raveis Real Estate has acquired Jordan Real Estate, a Nantucket-based boutique brokerage founded 32 years ago. The acquisition will give William Raveis access to JRE's network and community involvement, while also expanding its presence in the region.

    ERA Real Estate has added Imagine Realty, a multi-office brokerage serving Central Washington's Columbia Basin, as an affiliate. ERA is also launching a new advertising campaign aimed at attracting agents, featuring a personalized hashtag #MoveUpMoments.

    Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) has presented its top award to The Good Life Group, a leading Omaha-based brokerage founded in 2015. The recognition reflects the firm's demonstration of BHGRE's core values, including strong business ethics and dedication to building a supportive environment.

    Other recent developments include Big Block Realty affiliating with LPT Realty, Corcoran Horizon Realty launching a new office in Port Severn, Ontario, and @properties Lone Star Christie's International Real Estate welcoming former University of Texas player MJ McFarland as senior vice president. The Agency has also opened its fifth Florida office in Fort Lauderdale, led by industry veterans including founder Mauricio Umansky.
