nited Real Estate is expanding its presence in South Florida through a merger with Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale (CRR), adding 60 new agents to the fold. The union brings together two companies that have already merged once before, in 2019, and will fuel United's ongoing regional expansion efforts. CRR founder Michael Brownell, who has 18 years of experience as a licensed agent and brokerage leader, will join United as a talent attraction specialist.
In Colorado, Cornerstone Brokers LLC, an independent firm led by Adam and Mary Walter, is joining Century 21 as one of the global company's newest affiliates. The Fort Morgan-based brokerage will now operate as Century 21 Cornerstone, focusing on properties in Logan, Morgan, Washington, Weld, and Yuma counties.
The Agency has opened its first office in Nicaragua, expanding its footprint in Central America. Joao Mucciolo, an agent with nearly 10 years of experience in Nicaragua, will lead the new office as managing partner. The Agency has more than 130 offices in 12 countries and sees Nicaragua as an ideal market for its next phase of expansion.
