ealPage, a Richardson-based real estate software company, has acquired Rexera, a San Francisco-based firm that specializes in artificial intelligence for real estate transactions and operations. The acquisition aims to enhance RealPage's capabilities in this area.
Rexera builds AI agents tailored for single-family rental investors, lenders, title agents, and escrow officers. With the deal, RealPage plans to integrate Rexera's AI capabilities with its existing HomeWiseDocs platform and HOA software to streamline tasks such as document retrieval, mortgage payoffs, and compliance workflows.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. A RealPage spokesperson confirmed that the buyout has closed and stated that the company has no plans to adjust its office footprint.
