ndia’s 28 listed real‑estate developers booked Rs 92,437 cr in FY26 H1, a 40‑plus‑cr rise driven by sustained demand for branded residential projects, PTI said. Prestige Estates Projects led with Rs 18,143.7 cr, followed by DLF (Rs 15,757 cr) and Godrej Properties (Rs 15,587 cr). Lodha Developers and Signature Global recorded Rs 9,020 cr and Rs 4,650 cr respectively, making the top five account for over Rs 63,000 cr—almost 70 % of the total.

    The rebound after the pandemic, premium‑housing momentum and buyers’ preference for established developers explain the sector’s strength. Other major players posted: Sobha (Rs 3,981.4 cr), Brigade (Rs 3,152 cr), Oberoi Realty (Rs 2,937.74 cr), Kalpataru (Rs 2,577 cr), Puravankara (Rs 2,455 cr). In the Rs 1,000–2,000 cr band, Keystone (Rustomjee) logged Rs 1,839 cr, Sunteck (Rs 1,359 cr) and Aditya Birla Real Estate (Rs 1,312 cr). Kolte‑Patil (Rs 1,286 cr), Mahindra Lifespace (Rs 1,200 cr) and Shriram (Rs 1,126 cr) followed. Below Rs 1,000 cr, Ajmera (Rs 828 cr), Raymond (Rs 760 cr), Ashiana (Rs 734.4 cr), Embassy (Rs 607 cr), Arvind SmartSpaces (Rs 607 cr), TARC (Rs 565 cr), Arihant (Rs 386.4 cr), Max (Rs 373 cr), Arkade (Rs 331 cr), Sri Lotus (Rs 319 cr), Eldeco (Rs 309.2 cr) and Suraj (Rs 234 cr) were notable.

    Quarterly sales bookings have become a key KPI for listed firms, as pre‑sales lag revenue recognition. In FY25, 26 listed developers sold Rs 1.62 lakh cr of property; Godrej topped the list with nearly Rs 30 k cr in bookings.
