    Boston-based Redgate has strengthened its marketing capabilities by appointing Lauren Michaels as Vice President of Marketing. In this new role, Michaels will oversee marketing initiatives aimed at elevating the firm's brand, driving business growth, and solidifying its presence in key markets including Boston, the Mid-Atlantic region, and Raleigh.

    With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and development marketing, Michaels brings a wealth of expertise to Redgate. Her integrated marketing approach will support the firm's owners' representation and strategic advisory services, further cementing its leadership position in the market.

    Michaels joins Redgate from Carpenter & Company, Inc., where she served as Marketing Director overseeing integrated campaigns and content development. Prior to this role, Michaels spent over a decade at an award-winning PR agency leading public relations programs for prominent commercial real estate clients in Greater Boston.

    Michaels is also a dedicated community leader, having served as co-chair of the Women's Leadership Initiative at Urban Land Institute's Boston/New England chapter and sat on the Board of Directors for the Sumaira Foundation since 2015. She volunteers her time supporting various non-profit organizations including HopeWell and The Lenny Zakim Fund.
