A John Ringling Estates home led this week's sales with a price tag of $2 million. William and Kymberleigh Quinn, St. Pete Beach residents, sold their 1947-built property at 253 Coolidge Drive to 253 Coolidge Dr LLC. The three-bedroom, two-bath home boasts 1,357 square feet.
In Longboat Harbour Tower, Timothy and Dawn Sweeney, trustees of Longboat Key, sold Unit 707 for $1.25 million to Donald and Dawn Meagher from Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. Built in 1972, the condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,314 square feet.
A Grand Bay condominium changed hands for $1 million. Sherry Lee Thomas Bell, trustee of Knoxville, Tennessee, sold Unit 422 at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd to Joleen Frick and Daniel Frick, trustees from Longboat Key. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home was built in 1999 and features 2,143 square feet.
Longboat Harbour also saw a sale: Ulf and Jan Langgard, trustees of Longboat Key, sold Unit 302 at 4320 Falmouth Drive to Thomas Koch and Diane Koch, trustees from Livonia, Michigan. The two-bedroom, two-bath condominium was built in 1969 and has 1,072 square feet.
