A Bird Key home on Partridge Circle leads this week's sales with a price of $1.6 million.

he priciest sale this week was a Bird Key home that changed hands for $1,568,000. Michael and Rebecca Royer from Arlington, Virginia, sold their property at 465 Partridge Circle to Jeffrey Rhinelander and Jacqueline Bohannon of Sarasota. Built in 1973, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house features a pool and 2,330 square feet of living space.

    In Longbeach Village, Robert Stephen Howard Jr. and Crystal Yvonne Howard from Mount Dora sold their Unit 24 condominium at 7095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daniel George Pavlovich and Antonia Mastrocola Pavlovich of Lake Mary for $1.1 million. Constructed in 1974, the two-bedroom, two-bath unit spans 1,170 square feet.

    A Harbour Oaks II home sold for $960,000 when Frederick Obear, trustee from Signal Mountain, Tennessee, transferred ownership to Ryan Monson of Longboat Key. Built in 1986, this three-bedroom, three-bath property boasts a pool and 2,395 square feet of living area.

    Rebecca Brodeur, trustee from Bradenton, sold the home at 612 Marbury Lane in Sleepy Lagoon Park to Shehzad Amer and Mariena Evans of Longboat Key for $755,000. Constructed in 1966, this two-bedroom, two-bath house features 1,128 square feet.

    Brian and Julie Meta from New York City sold their Unit M1-615F condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Valerie Zingapan of Buffalo, New York for $750,000. Built in 1974, the two-bedroom, two-bath unit spans 1,076 square feet.

    In Cedars East, Deborah Richards from Delmar, New York sold her Unit 9 condominium at 511 Forest Way to David Vangellow of Sarasota for $639,200. Constructed in 1990, this two-bedroom, two-bath property features 1,440 square feet of living space.
