ichmond residents who owned property in 2024 can expect to receive real estate rebate checks. The city aims to mail all eligible checks by June 30. This rebate was approved by City Council last year as a way to help with rising property values and housing costs. A delay occurred earlier this year due to incorrect checks being sent out, which listed the wrong payee.
