Landlord Albert Friedman, known as the "Mayor of River North," is welcoming Byrne's project into his portfolio. Friedman has played a key role in transforming the River North area from its industrial roots into a thriving hub for art, culture, and commerce. The Reid Murdoch building is one of several historic assets in Friedman's portfolio, which also includes the Medinah Temple and Court House Place.

Theater of the Mind combines neuroscience with storytelling to take audiences on a journey of self-discovery through sensory experiments that challenge perceptions and reveal the mysteries of the human brain. This unique experience will enhance the dynamic environment of River North, further solidifying its position as a vibrant cultural destination in Chicago.
