iver Oaks Properties, El Paso's two largest retail center developers, sold nine shopping centers to Mimco on June 26. The properties include SunPointe Centre in East El Paso, the largest of the group, and Trevino Plaza, a 43-year-old shopping center also located in East El Paso.

    Other shopping centers sold to Mimco include Dyer Triangle in Northeast El Paso, Ram Plaza in East El Paso, which is home to Marines and Navy career centers, and Rich Beem Crossing in East El Paso. Rio Plaza in East El Paso was also part of the sale, as well as Yarbrough Village in East El Paso.

    In West El Paso, Executive Village and Doniphan Place were sold to Mimco. The latter is a 15-year-old shopping center with four tenants, including a Firestone Complete Auto Care location.
