yan Seacrest's career has spanned over two decades, with his first major break coming as a host on American Idol in 2002. Since then, he has become one of the hardest-working people in Hollywood, hosting various shows like the Emmys and Live! With Kelly and Ryan, as well as starting a production company responsible for several seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Seacrest's real estate portfolio reflects his success, with properties ranging from a Mediterranean-style resort to a Beverly Hills estate. One of his most notable homes is Casa di Pace, a six-bedroom villa in the Hollywood Hills that he purchased in 2006 for $11.5 million. The property features a wine cellar, guesthouses, and a tennis court, and was sold to Seacrest by actor Richard Dreyfuss.
In 2012, Seacrest bought a Beverly Hills estate from Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi for an undisclosed price. The compound features a main house with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as two guesthouses, an infinity pool, and several terraces with views of the Los Angeles skyline. After putting the property up for sale in 2020 at $85 million, it was sold in 2022 for $51 million.
Seacrest also owns a Napa Valley home built by AD100 architect Howard Backen, which he purchased in 2020 for $14 million. The property features five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as an infinity pool and spa, a bocce court, and an Italian olive grove.
In addition to his California properties, Seacrest has also rented apartments in New York City, including a unit at 150 Charles Street in the West Village. He later moved to a six-story townhouse on the Upper East Side, which he rented for $75,000 per month. In 2016, Seacrest purchased one of two penthouse apartments in Ian Schrager's 160 Leroy Street building for $31.5 million, but sold it to billionaire Michael Rubin in 2022 after leaving the Live! show.
