ialow Real Estate, a national retail real estate consultancy, has promoted Brett Groper to Senior Vice President and Anthony Genovese to Senior Vice President – Retail Expansion & Advisory. The firm has recently advised over 75 expanding brands on high-profile leases and new locations across the country.

    Groper, based in Boston, is a leading expert in restaurant and retail leasing, specializing in urban storefronts, Class A towers, and mixed-use developments. He advises premier brands and is known for his market insight and ability to execute complex deals that deliver value for clients. Groper represents national brands such as Café Landwer, Casa Tua, and Joe's Pizza (NYC), among others.

    In his new role, Genovese will continue to lead the Chicago office, which he opened in 2023. He has advised high-end brands like Aroma360, gorjana, and Indochino on national and local levels. Genovese recently helped site new locations for gorjana, Aroma360, and Indochino, including Hudson Yards and American Dream.
