    In the caption, he revealed that Serhant had already crossed $1 billion in closed and in-contract sales within the first 35 days of the year. He's also obsessed with SellIt, his real estate coaching platform, which launched a new app. Additionally, S.MPLE, their AI workflow automation service, debuted its own app, and their commercial racked up nearly 9,000 views.

    But that's not all – Serhant expanded to Naples, Florida, joining forces with McQuaid & Company real estate.
