A
high-performing real estate firm in downtown Sarasota, Living Vogue Real Estate, has merged with eXp Realty. The move will allow the boutique firm to scale its business while maintaining its unique culture and brand identity. Founded in 2019, Living Vogue generated $150 million in sales last year and boasts a strong reputation for serving high-net-worth clients.
"We built something special, but running the brokerage became overwhelming," says Mark Coppens, chairman and founder of Living Vogue. "With eXp Realty, we can focus on our brand and culture while offloading operational burdens." The partnership will enable Living Vogue to leverage eXp's cloud-based tech solutions and expand its luxury services through the eXp Luxury division.
The move is a strategic one, allowing Living Vogue to better serve high-end clients while maintaining flexibility across all price points. "We handle everything from multimillion-dollar estates to entry-level homes," Coppens notes. "eXp Luxury provides us with even more tools to elevate our marketing and client experience." Over 50 agents from Living Vogue will join eXp Realty, which boasts over 85,000 agents worldwide and $4.6 billion in revenue in 2024.
