he new Farm Store at Schmidt Century Farm in West Bend, WI is now open for business. Located at 5485 St. Anthony Road, the store offers a wide range of products including grass-fed Black Angus beef, Duroc/Berkshire pork, and fresh poultry. Customers can also find farm-fresh eggs, honey, garlic, maple syrup, and locally made clothing.
To get to the Farm Store, take STH 33 west to Aurora Road and turn right onto St. Anthony Road. The store is situated at the top of a hill. Deanna, Roger, Vanessa, Rodee, and Harley Schmidt invite customers to visit their new store and explore its offerings.
The family took time out from preparing for the grand opening to hold a blessing ceremony, led by Rev. Russ from St. Lawrence and Resurrection Catholic Church. The ceremony marked the beginning of a new chapter in the farm's history.
The Farm Store features a spacious shopping area, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, heated tractor maintenance shop, and large meeting space. Visitors can also see newly hatched baby chicks on display.
