Rapper and music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs has put his 10-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills up for sale for $61.5 million, according to Page Six. This makes it one of the most expensive properties currently on the market in Holmby Hills, as reported by Realtor.com.
Combs has owned the house since 2014. In March 2021, Homeland Security conducted a raid on the property, which caused significant property damage, according to Page Six. The details of the raid are unclear, but sources have suggested that it was part of an investigation into sex trafficking. Insiders have told NBC News that investigators are preparing to present evidence to a grand jury in New York.
The raid also targeted Combs' waterfront residence in Miami. Authorities removed multiple electronics from both homes and opened safes inside. The listing for the Beverly Hills property, represented by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, notes that it will only be shown to prequalified clients.
Combs reportedly paid $39 million for the house in 2014. He later purchased a Miami home, previously owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan, for $35 million seven years later. The property is located in an exclusive area of Beverly Hills, home to celebrities like Kylie Jenner, fashion scion Alexandra Von Furstenberg, and tech mogul Sean Parker.
The listing does not show interior images of the house, but it does showcase its outdoor entertainment areas. The property is surrounded by hedges and manicured lawns, with plenty of seating for al fresco dining. The exterior features large windows and a cobblestone driveway leading to an impressive entrance with a sweeping staircase.
Inside the house, there is a large living room, formal dining room, chef's kitchen, wine cellar, and a theater seating 35 people. The primary suite boasts dual baths, large closets, and a two-story guest house with a recording studio. The property spans 1.3 acres of land.
