ox News host Sean Hannity has acquired a Palm Beach townhouse for $14.9 million, just a few miles south of President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club. The oceanfront property, located in the gated Residences at Sloan's Curve, shares a wall with a townhouse Hannity purchased in 2021. The sale was an off-market transaction recorded on January 27 by the Palm Beach County Clerk's office.

Hannity also recently bought an ocean-to-lake estate in Manalapan for $23.5 million through an ownership company. The two-story townhouse he just acquired has two bedrooms and approximately 5,700 square feet of living space. It was sold to Hannity by former U.S. Ambassador Clifford M. Sobel and his wife, Barbara, who purchased it in February 2022 for $7.5 million.

The Residences at Sloan's Curve is a development built in the early 1980s with amenities such as gatehouses, community pools, and tennis courts. Hannity has been expanding his real estate portfolio in recent years, with over 870 homes purchased through various ownership companies, according to a 2018 report by The Guardian.

Hannity has also made headlines for declaring his Palm Beach townhouse as his primary home and stating that he had moved his broadcasting operations from New York to Florida due to the state's conservative policies.
