Seasoned Success: Karen Frank's Thriving Real Estate Career

Karen Frank's 30-year career has made her a trusted expert in finding the perfect home.

K
aren Frank's passion is helping people find their perfect home, a pursuit she's dedicated herself to for over three decades in real estate. "She epitomizes what it means to be a real estate agent," says Dan Smith, owner of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-Floberg Realty in Billings.

Frank's work ethic is impressive - when not showing homes, she can be found working hard in the office from 8am to 5pm most nights. Her colleagues praise her elegance and experience, saying everyone loves her at the office. Before real estate, Frank spent 25 years at Hart Albin department store in downtown Billings, a job she also loved.

Frank's community involvement is extensive, with too many board memberships to recall. She credits building relationships with helping her succeed in real estate: "Getting to know people and understanding them has been invaluable." Her dedication has paid off - she's worked with clients for three generations, a testament to her hard work and commitment.

Dan Smith jokes that Frank is still outworking younger agents, saying "when your phone stops ringing, it's time to stop" - but Frank's phone hasn't stopped ringing yet. With no plans to retire, she says she'll keep working until she can't.
