Thad DenHartog, managing broker and principal at Mel Foster Commercial Real Estate Services, will provide a commercial market overview. A seasoned expert with over two decades of experience in the Quad Cities area, DenHartog has delivered keynote addresses at previous symposia.
This year's event also includes presentations from Travis Deese, associate director of Americas Multifamily Research for CBRE Econometric Advisors, and Ben Keith, director of Regional Operations for MidAmerican Energy Co. Deese will discuss the U.S. commercial real estate market update, while Keith will focus on the energy needs of data centers.
