he Onondaga County Clerk's office recorded 70 home sales between January 5 and 11. A waterfront property on Skaneateles Lake took the top spot, selling for $2.3 million. The 1,382-square-foot cottage features two bedrooms and two bathrooms on a half-acre lot.
Coming in second was another lakefront property, this one a contemporary home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Spanning 1,840 square feet, it sold for $2.14 million on its .64-acre lot.
