    **Gibson Sotheby’s expands to 700 agents**

    Massachusetts‑based Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty now boasts over 700 agents after absorbing Advisors Living. The combined firm operates 33 offices, 16 of which were previously occupied by Advisors Living’s 200‑agent team. While many locations will be consolidated, Gibson Sotheby’s will add offices in Andover, Canton, Gloucester, Plymouth and Tewksbury. Advisors Living, founded by Jason S. Weissman in 2001 as a home‑sales arm of Boston Realty Advisors, is now led by President and CEO Merit McIntyre. She said the deal “marks an exciting next chapter” and will preserve the boutique culture while leveraging a global brand’s resources.

    **Century 21 Elevated grows in Colorado**

    Century 21 Elevated Real Estate, based in Denver, has acquired VIP Real Estate and will operate under the Century 21 name. Founder Brian Furer, who has run VIP for 15 years, will oversee the transition as broker‑associate and team lead. Furer praised Century 21’s “global reach” and “unmatched tools” that will elevate his team’s service. Broker Daniel Bishop noted the merger expands market presence, enhances agent resources and raises client service levels. The new brokerage now has seven Colorado offices and roughly 60 agents.

    **Slocum Home Team joins eXp**

    The Rhode Island‑based Slocum Home Team, a three‑generation family firm that began in 1949, has joined eXp Realty. The 30‑agent group generated $109 million in sales last year. Nick Slocum cited eXp’s collaborative culture and future opportunities as key reasons for the move. eXp CEO Leo Pareja welcomed the team, highlighting their 76‑year legacy and forward‑looking mindset.

    **Compass acquires Salaverri Windsor Group in Florida**

    Sarasota’s Salaverri Windsor Group, a luxury‑sales powerhouse with over $450 million in cumulative sales, has joined Compass. Led by Georgia Salaverri and Steven Windsor, the duo cited Compass’s luxury branding, technology, and collaborative culture as the draw. Compass Florida VP Jeff Polashuk praised their leadership in Sarasota’s luxury market and new development projects.

    **BHGRE expands into North Carolina**

    A new Asheville‑based firm, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Integrity Partners, has adopted the BHGRE banner. Owners Rachel Brown and COO Coker Metcalf plan to open a second office by year‑end 2025 and expand further. Brown, president of the Land of the Sky Association of Realtors, said the affiliation will boost reputation and client experience. Metcalf, a native of Asheville, emphasized local knowledge to guide clients in Western North Carolina.

    - Anne Winicki, with nearly $800 million in lifetime sales, has joined Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty in Florida, reinforcing the brand’s Panhandle presence.
