ean McCoy Phillips has brought her expertise to COMPASS' Palm Beach office after a successful career as a commercial real estate agent with Douglas Elliman. With over 20 years of experience in both commercial real estate and construction, she excels at leasing retail spaces, uncovering off-market opportunities for developers, and identifying investment properties for private clients.

    In her new role, McCoy Phillips will spearhead development projects across South Florida, encompassing office buildings, mixed-use developments, and senior living facilities. Her extensive background positions her well to drive growth in these sectors.

    McCoy Phillips is also a prominent figure in the industry, serving as the foundation chair for the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
