ite Centers has offloaded another shopping center, this time in Boynton Beach, just weeks after selling its Midtown Miami building anchored by Target. The Village Square at Golf, a 135,133-square-foot center anchored by kosher grocery store KC Market, was sold to an affiliate of DRA Advisors for $31.1 million. Records show the purchase price breaks down to $230 per square foot and was partially financed with a $23.6 million mortgage from BankUnited. The property is 93% occupied and features tenants such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Quest Diagnostics, and Boynton Quality Medical Center.
The sale comes on the heels of Site Centers' recent deal in Midtown Miami, where it sold a retail center to Benderson Development for $83.7 million. In July, ShopOne Centers REIT acquired a Publix-anchored shopping center from Site Centers for $36.4 million. The company has been actively buying and selling properties across the nation, with 13 shopping centers sold in the third quarter for a combined $714 million and six convenience stores purchased for $111.2 million.
