AIOP Southern Nevada is rolling out a unique virtual experience, "NAIOPOLY," on November 14 at the Orleans Hotel & Casino. This innovative event takes inspiration from the classic board game and offers attendees a chance to stay ahead of the curve in Southern Nevada's dynamic commercial real estate market.
Instead of physical buses, participants will be virtually transported through four sponsored zones, each highlighting a different segment of the region. As they navigate these zones, they'll enjoy video flyovers of new office, industrial, and retail developments, providing a bird's-eye view of the area's growth and potential.
Seasoned commercial real estate experts will serve as tour guides, offering live commentary and answering questions in real time. Attendees can also visit an exhibit hall for a chance to win door prizes presented by each exhibitor.
The event runs from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., with admission priced at $95 for NAIOP members or $150 for non-members. Early bird registration, available until October 31, offers discounted tickets of $75 for NAIOP members and $125 for non-members.
NAIOP Southern Nevada is a chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, comprising over 750 members serving the Southern Nevada market. The organization advances responsible commercial real estate development and advocates for effective public policy.
