pencer Dinwiddie is preparing for the upcoming NBA season by relocating to Dallas, where he has signed a deal with the Dallas Mavericks. The guard has put his San Fernando Valley home on the market for $7.7 million, or $1,059 per square foot. The property, located at 26767 Mulholland Highway, is a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence that spans 7,269 square feet. The house boasts panoramic views, Italian light fixtures, oak floors, an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, several patios, and a firepit. Built in 2021, the home is situated in a gated community.

    Carolwood Estates, a Beverly Hills-based brokerage, has been expanding its agent and inventory rosters this year. The company recently added Lisa Optican as estates director, who brought with her $139 million in off-market listings in Malibu, Bel-Air, and Brentwood. Kevin Booker also joined Carolwood's Bond Street Partners team from Westside Estate Agency.

    According to The Real Deal's list of top brokerages in Los Angeles, Carolwood ranked eighth with $1.6 billion in volume among listings posted to the Multiple Listing Service between May 2023 and May 2024. If off-market transactions were included, Carolwood's volume would be nearly $2.7 billion.

    In other news, there are reports of a developer allegedly defaulting on a planned 200-home project site in Calabasas. Meanwhile, developer Rick Caruso is planning a residential high-rise at a Calabasas mall site previously occupied by a cinema. A fire-suppressive mansion in Calabasas is currently on the market for $8.5 million.
