I grew up in Colorado Springs but have called the Western Slope home since 2003. My husband, a Palisade native, left the dirt behind when he went to college.
Grand Junction’s biggest draw is the instant access to outdoor adventures—hiking, biking, camping, paddleboarding, golf, skiing, and the Colorado National Monument. The valley’s friendly, community‑focused residents, slower mountain‑side pace, and mild winters let me enjoy the outdoors nearly year‑round.
I entered real estate in 2021. My passion is serving clients, turning their dream‑home descriptions into reality, and witnessing the moment they step inside their new home. I prioritize education, guiding clients confidently through every step so they feel secure in their choices. I also help businesses locate spaces that foster growth. I also cherish the valley’s vibrant arts scene and the sense of belonging that comes from neighbors who know each other by name.
Before real estate, I worked as an insurance home adjuster, in PR and marketing at Alpine Bank, and at a local ad agency. Those roles gave me construction insight and communication skills that now enhance my home evaluations and client interactions. In every transaction, I aim to blend market insight with a personal touch, ensuring clients feel supported from the first showing to closing. My commitment to lifelong learning keeps me updated on market trends, technology, and best practices.
Outside work, my kids are my joy. As a sports‑mom, we travel for lacrosse, football, basketball, and volleyball. When not at games, we explore the valley or travel. I serve on the Grand Junction High School Booster Club board.
Buying tip: Get pre‑qualified and know your budget before touring homes; it lets you act decisively when the right property appears. Selling tip: Price accurately from the start to attract interest, avoid long market time, and secure stronger offers.
