ennings Real Estate Services has successfully completed the sale of 83-95 Warwick Street, a 57,508-square-foot industrial warehouse and showroom in Springfield, Massachusetts. The $1.675 million transaction brings Behavioral Health Network (BHN) into the sustainably renovated facility, positioning it for expanded community health services across the region.
The seller, Center for EcoTechnology (CET), is a nonprofit organization focused on reducing waste and saving energy. CET selected Jennings Real Estate to handle the sale as part of its broader strategic transition. The Warwick Street property was renovated with energy-efficient systems in 2011-2012 and features a 140kW solar array, EV charging stations, and upgraded mechanicals that support long-term operational sustainability.
