RS Real Estate Partners announces that Scott Tiernan has been elevated to Executive Vice President and Managing Principal of its Atlanta office. Tiernan, formerly Senior Vice President and Managing Principal, will co‑lead daily operations, management, and business development with Henry Poer.

    With over 15 years in commercial real estate, Tiernan specializes in national accounts, tenant and landlord representation, and development opportunities. He has directed national new‑store and disposition services for Fortune 500 retailers, institutional REITs, and high‑growth private firms. Tiernan has driven market rollouts for major tenants such as Walmart, Raising Cane’s, Lowe’s, and EōS Fitness across the Southeast.

    Tiernan has closed more than 700 landlord representation deals, focusing on land transactions and new developments. He has consistently earned top‑producer status from SRS, CoStar, and Connect CRE, and is a Life Member and Top Producer of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Tiernan is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
