t. Petersburg's Residences at 400 Central will soon welcome a new anchor tenant: Dynasty Financial Partners, a financial services firm that has signed a 15-year lease for the entire office space in the 46-story tower. The company will occupy 44,434 square feet and become the sole office tenant in what is currently St. Petersburg's tallest building.
Dynasty relocated from New York to St. Petersburg in 2019 and is now doubling down on its commitment to the city with this new headquarters. "We aim to be great corporate citizens who align with the community's economic development for decades to come," said Shirl Penney, CEO, president, and founder of Dynasty.
The office will accommodate over 300 employees and feature a custom trading floor, content studio, training and meeting center, rooftop terrace, private entrance, and lobby. Miami-based Interior Architects will design the space, with construction underway and an expected move-in date by November 2026.
"Dynasty's presence will honor [400 Central's] history and help us build an even brighter future for downtown St. Pete," said John Catsimatides, founder of Red Apple Group, the developer behind the building.
