New York-based private equity firm has acquired two Stamford apartment complexes for $57 million. K5 Equities, a real estate investor with multiple Westchester County properties, purchased Daycroft Apartments and another complex in a single deal. The 44-150 Blachley Road property spans 5.6 acres and was sold to K5 Equities for $33.2 million.
