More than 187,000 active listings will now be available to subscribers of two Florida MLSs. In addition, CRMLS is rolling out Styldod’s latest image‑editing technology.
Regional, statewide, and local MLSs and Realtor associations remain the backbone of residential real estate. Below are key updates from the organizations shaping the industry’s future.
**BeachesMLS and Stellar MLS Share Listings**
On Oct. 14, BeachesMLS—home to over 43,000 members—announced a data‑sharing deal with Stellar MLS. This follows Stellar’s recent agreements with State‑Wide MLS, Miami Realtors, and a three‑way pact with CRMLS and Bright MLS. Under the new arrangement, BeachesMLS Matrix users gain access to Stellar MLS listings across Puerto Rico and Florida’s central, northern, and southwestern markets, while Stellar MLS users receive listings from Florida’s southern region and the Treasure Coast. The combined catalog now exceeds 187,000 active listings.
Stellar MLS CEO Merri Jo Cowen said the partnership “embodies Florida’s diverse and deeply connected market, opening doors to more listings, richer insights, and greater opportunities for our shared customers.”
BeachesMLS CEO Dionna Hall added, “Our focus has always been to empower brokers and agents through data, technology, and partnerships—this collaboration reflects that vision perfectly.”
**CRMLS Introduces AI‑Driven Image‑Editing Tools**
CRMLS, a long‑time partner of Styldod, is the first MLS to offer the newest REimagineHome AI to its users. The updated tool, launched in 2024, supports verbal prompts in over 15 languages, enabling on‑the‑fly photo edits without complex staging or design knowledge. Through the REcore dashboard, CRMLS members can generate up to 30 images per month at no extra cost.
CRMLS CEO Art Carter noted, “The faster image generation and expanded functionality of REimagineHome AI highlight how AI is growing to provide greater professional support. This is just the beginning of its evolution.”
