Stellar MLS and Rayse Collaborate on Enhanced Real Estate Transparency

Stellar MLS aims to bridge gap between consumer perception and agent time investment.

S
tellar MLS is teaming up with real estate tech firm Rayse to provide brokers with a tool that increases transparency in transactions. The Rayse platform tracks key agent activities, offering clients real-time insights into tasks such as responding to inquiries and analyzing market trends.

According to Stellar MLS, the goal of this partnership is to address the disconnect between consumer perceptions and the actual time agents invest in sales transactions. A study found that nearly half of surveyed homebuyers believe agents spend fewer than 15 hours assisting them, but the actual time investment per deal often exceeds 80 hours.

Rayse co-founder Christian Dwiggins said the platform aims to build stronger relationships between agents and buyers by introducing a level of clarity and engagement that real estate has never seen before. "We are stepping into a new chapter in real estate, where success hinges on transparency and effective communication with consumers," he said.

Stellar MLS is the largest multiple listing service in Florida, supporting 21 Realtor associations in the Sunshine State and Puerto Rico. This partnership marks another collaboration between Rayse and a major industry player, following REsides' announcement of its own partnership with Rayse earlier this year.
