n a move that underscores its commitment to fostering homegrown talent, Suffolk has elevated Patrick Lucey to General Manager of the Northeast region. With two decades of experience under his belt, Lucey will spearhead the company's largest operational and employee base, as well as its extensive project portfolio.

As General Manager, Lucey will be tasked with propelling the Northeast region forward, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and innovation.

This promotion aligns with Suffolk's ambitious AC28 strategy, which aims to make the company the most successful contractor in the US by 2028. By promoting leadership from within, Suffolk seeks to preserve its corporate culture while driving operational excellence.
Throughout his tenure at Suffolk, Lucey has held various roles, including Executive Vice President, where he managed a $2 billion portfolio and launched Suffolk Design, an in-house team of design and engineering experts. He has been instrumental in integrating cutting-edge technologies into the company's projects, helping to stay ahead of the curve.
Lucey's leadership has been pivotal in completing some of Boston's most iconic projects, including the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences, Millennium Tower, and Encore Boston Harbor Hotel and Casino. His dedication to community service is equally impressive, with a focus on providing housing for homeless individuals through his work with Heading Home and The Giving Circle.
A graduate of Williams College, Lucey resides in the Boston area with his family and enjoys coaching his kids' flag football teams when he's not overseeing construction projects.
