wiss biopharma SQ Innovation has broadened its U.S. footprint with a 2,300‑sq‑ft lease at Tower Office Park in Woburn, Massachusetts. The new satellite site will house light manufacturing and administrative functions, supplementing the company’s main Burlington facility. Founded in 2019, SQ Innovation develops subcutaneous drug‑delivery systems that let patients receive treatments normally given in hospitals at home. On Oct. 7, the FDA approved Lasix ONYU, a therapy for fluid overload in advanced heart failure. The firm also operates in Switzerland and the Netherlands, underscoring its global life‑sciences reach. The Woburn lease was secured by Mike Truesdale of Cummings Properties and Jason Rexinis of Colliers. Truesdale praised Colliers’ understanding of the portfolio’s flexibility, enabling tailored, high‑value spaces. He highlighted Tower Office Park’s optimal mix of size, functionality, and convenience: private loading docks, easy access to I‑93 and I‑95, and proximity to the Burlington site—key advantages for a growing life‑sciences company.
