ylvester Stallone is reportedly set to purchase a luxurious East Hampton property at 9 Hither Lane, with the New York Post citing a contract in place. The eight-bedroom home spans over 11,000 square feet and features a range of high-end finishes, including antiques and artwork curated by interior designer James Michael Howard. The estate boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a pool, pool house, and screening room.
Located just a mile from the ocean, the property is expected to serve as a vacation home for Stallone's daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet. The actor plans to pay in full with cash, rather than financing the purchase. This deal would bring the price per square foot to $2,147 if the home sells at its listed price of $25 million.
Stallone has been on a buying spree recently, having purchased a 10,500-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach for $35.4 million last year. He had previously sold his Hidden Hills home in California to John Fogerty for $17 million, taking a $1 million loss on the sale after initially listing it for $22.5 million.
