ttention Butler County residents! Don't miss the deadline to snag a 2% discount on your county and municipal real estate taxes. Treasurer Diane Marburger reminds you that April 30 is the last day to take advantage of this savings opportunity.

    To qualify for the discount, simply drop off or mail your tax payment by 4:30 p.m. on April 30 to the Butler County Government Center. Alternatively, postmark your payment no later than April 30 and still receive the discount.

    For those who prefer a more modern approach, online payments are also accepted at www.butlercountypa.gov. Click on "Payments" at the bottom of the homepage and follow the prompts to complete your transaction by midnight on April 30.
