ttention taxpayers: a crucial deadline is approaching. As of February 3rd, FY25 3rd quarter real estate and personal property taxes are due, and late charges will apply if payments aren't received by then.

    To avoid penalties, you can make your payment in several ways:

    Online at unipaygold.unibank.com, where you'll find a secure portal to submit your payment.

    By mail using the envelope provided with your tax bill; be sure to factor in delivery time.

    Through your bank's Billpay service, but keep in mind this method may take longer.

    Our office hours have changed: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are 8:30am-4:30pm, Tuesdays from 8:30am-6:00pm, and Fridays from 8:30am-12:00pm. You can also use the drop-off box outside the Flynn Building to submit your payment (no cash accepted); include your tax bill and a self-addressed envelope for prompt processing.
