E
xpansion connects Restb.ai's vision tools to nearly three-quarters of a million MLS members; productivity-focused Pipeline added to @properties “pl@tform.”

Restb.ai brings its vision to 17 MLSs

Restb.ai is marking a major mid-year milestone: The launch of AI-powered vision tools at 17 MLSs with more than 150,000 members.

This brings the total number of MLS members with access to Restb.ai to 720,000.

The Restb.ai technology scans photos and automatically identifies a home's important features, such as architectural style and attributes like stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, outdoor kitchens, and more.

\"This new tech they are deploying will help sellers sell homes faster and help buyers better find the home that matches their personal needs, wants, and desires,\" said Dominik Pogorzelski, Restb.ai's general manager for MLS.

The newly added MLSs include: NTREIS (North Texas Real Estate Information Systems); OneKey MLS, which serves Long Island, New York City, and the Hudson Valley; MLSOK (Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors); Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) in Florida; Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona (MLSSAZ); State-wide MLS of Rhode Island); CCMLS (Coastal Carolinas Multiple Listing Service); MAAR (Memphis Area Association of Realtors); Pikes Peak Association of Realtors; Baldwin County Association of Realtors in South Alabama; Realtors of South Central Kansas (RSCK) and Victoria Real Estate Board (VREB) in British Columbia, Canada.

@properties develops new tool for tracking business

Chicago-based brokerage @properties has launched Pipeline, a new productivity and planning tool that was developed in-house as part of the tech-forward brokerage's \"pl@tform.\"

Pipeline helps agents monitor their current and prospective deals, which are automatically characterized as warm, hot, under contract or closed. It also shows current and projected sales and income relative to goals.

\"Making a business plan, setting goals, and knowing exactly where you stand against those goals is important in any business, but in real estate, where 100% of your income is commission-based, it's vital,\" said Thad Wong, co-founder and co-CEO of @properties. \"Pipeline makes it easy. It helps agents stay organized, motivated, and accountable, and ultimately, they can spend more time focusing on client relationships.\"

The agent-designed pl@tform includes a CRM, buying and listing presentations, marketing tools, and MoveLogic, an AI-powered buyer propensity scoring tool.

MetroList teams up with Lundy and SaleCore to add voice search

Northern California's largest MLS, Metrolist, is making home searches on its website more conversational.

\"This isn't just an enhancement — it's a transformative leap forward in real estate technology,\" MetroList CEO Dave Howe said. \"We are thrilled to offer the convenience of voice-enabled commands, setting a new standard for property search in the real estate industry.\"

Lundy's AI-powered Finding Homes technology allows natural language searches to be contextualized for better results, in partnership with SaleCore, a marketing and CRM platform.
