elangana's Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has announced that individuals with all necessary permits to build homes in disputed areas will not face issues, provided they can present these documents to officials.

    Revanth Reddy also warned that social media channels and WhatsApp groups spreading misinformation about the government and Hyderabad's real estate industry will be held accountable. He vowed to take action against those responsible for tarnishing the city's reputation.

    The Chief Minister's statement has been welcomed by some, with one online handle expressing hope that it will revive the city's real estate sector. However, concerns remain over the issue of Full Tank Levels (FTLs) in lakes, a major concern for Hyderabad Real Estate, which still needs to be addressed.
