he Agency is expanding its presence in Texas with a new office in San Antonio, led by managing partner Miguel Herrera. Herrera brings extensive experience from his previous roles as vice president at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and president of his own brokerage, Miguel Herrera Luxury Lifestyle. This marks the company's fifth Texas location, joining offices in Austin, Dallas, Frisco, and Tyler.
The San Antonio expansion comes amid a surge in luxury home sales statewide, with million-dollar homes sold in Texas increasing by 10% from November 2023 to October 2024 compared to the same period the previous year. Luxury home sales in the San Antonio-New Braunfels area accounted for over 5% of the state's total million-dollar home sales.
The Agency, headquartered in Beverly Hills, has experienced rapid growth with 30 new offices launched last year and now operates over 130 locations across 12 countries. Founder Mauricio Umansky is also involved in a new trade group, the American Real Estate Association, which aims to provide an alternative to the National Association of Realtors.
