hree major Texas-based multiple listing services (MLSs) - Unlock, HAR, and SABOR - have agreed to share data, creating a regional platform that consolidates listings from Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. This move represents a significant shift towards data sharing among MLSs across the US. The agreement will provide subscribers with access to for-sale and active listing data via Unlock's Matrix platform, as well as up to five years of historical data for HAR subscribers.

This tool aims to help agents comply with the evolving compliance landscape following the NAR commissions lawsuit settlement. It allows agents to verify buyer relationships, avoid conflicts, and add transparency to their interactions.
Universal Consulting Opportunities (UCO), a subsidiary of Stellar MLS, is expanding its global footprint through strategic partnerships in Europe and the Middle East. UCO has signed agreements with Romanian-based MLS Leader and Prague-based digital technology firm Igluu, aiming to upgrade their agent toolkits and market data. The company is also advising Arab MLS on structuring, rules, and compliance, governance, training, customer support, technology vendor management, and communications.
