hompson Thrift, a full-service real estate company based in Indianapolis, has earned national recognition as both a Top Multifamily Developer and Top Commercial Real Estate Developer. The rankings are part of an annual list compiled by Multi-Housing News (MHN) and Commercial Property Executive (CPE), which considers factors such as project deliveries, construction activity, market value, and future plans.

Thompson Thrift's multifamily business unit ranked #13 on MHN's list with 5,829 units completed between 2021-2023, while the commercial division secured the #16 spot on CPE's rankings with $500 million in completed industrial and retail developments.
The company is expanding its presence with large-scale projects underway in Indiana and Arizona, as well as eight new residential developments started this year. Thompson Thrift is also raising equity for its seventh multi-project development partnership.
