Ashley will spearhead the company's nationwide expansion, driving growth in key markets across the country.
Tom Ashley brings extensive experience in commercial banking and management to his new role, with expertise in financing, real estate transactions, relationship building, and leadership. He will oversee all real estate acquisitions, construction financing, and project developments, as well as lead the three-year exclusive expansion agreement with Ryan, LLC, which aims to deliver eight new strategic markets annually nationwide.
