Fleming house sold for $625,000 tops the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Cayuga County over the past week. Nineteen residential sales were recorded, with an average price of $485,036 or $144 per square foot.

    The following are some of the notable sales:

    * A single-family home at 19 Richardson Ave. sold for $195,000, built in 1890 and having a living area of 1,504 square feet.

    * A single-family residence at 5666 State Route 38a in Owasco sold for $207,500, built in 1950 with a living area of 1,580 square feet.

    * A single-family house at 24 N. Albany Street in Auburn sold for $214,830, built in 1988 and having a living area of 1,216 square feet.

    * A detached house at 101 Stryker Ave. in Owasco sold for $248,000, built in 1958 with a living area of 1,148 square feet.

    * A single-family house at 5757 W. Lake Road in Fleming sold for $255,000, built in 1958 and having a living area of 1,450 square feet.

    Other notable sales include:
