    Influenced by the gilded age architecture of South Florida and Spain, another four-bedroom, 4.5-bath house at 75 Ponte Vedra Blvd. fetched $17.88 million in September. Its custom design and luxurious features made it a highly sought-after property.

    A 2014-built estate at 723 Ponte Vedra Blvd., boasting 5,041 square feet of living space, sold for $13 million in December. The property's modern amenities and prime location made it an attractive purchase for its new owners.

    In addition to these high-end sales, other notable transactions include a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 697 Ponte Vedra Blvd., which was rebuilt in 2023 and sold for $10.9 million on December 31. The property's eco-friendly features, such as tinted impact glass windows, helped protect sea turtles.

    Lastly, a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 557 Ponte Vedra Blvd., designed to withstand the elements, sold for $7.82 million in June. Its unique construction and prime location made it an attractive purchase for its new owners.
