uxury real estate sales in Ponte Vedra Beach have been making waves, with several high-end properties changing hands for record-breaking prices. A West Indies-style mansion at 349 Ponte Vedra Blvd. set a new local record on January 31 when it sold for $22 million.

    Influenced by the gilded age architecture of South Florida and Spain, another four-bedroom, 4.5-bath house at 75 Ponte Vedra Blvd. fetched $17.88 million in September. Its custom design and luxurious features made it a highly sought-after property.

    A 2014-built estate at 723 Ponte Vedra Blvd., boasting 5,041 square feet of living space, sold for $13 million in December. The property's modern amenities and prime location made it an attractive purchase for its new owners.

    In addition to these high-end sales, other notable transactions include a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 697 Ponte Vedra Blvd., which was rebuilt in 2023 and sold for $10.9 million on December 31.
