Waterloo house sold for $690,000 tops the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Seneca County between May 10 and May 23. Six sales were recorded during this period with an average price of $337,100 and a price per square foot of $237.

    Here are the top six sales:

    6. A single-family residence at 3250 County Road 139 in Ovid sold for $61,100. Built in 1850, it has 1,404 square feet of living space and was priced at $44 per square foot.

    5. A 2,144-square-foot single-family home at 89 Cayuga Street in Seneca Falls sold for $228,000. The house was built in 1888 and had a price per square foot of $106.

    4. A property at 112 Stark Street in Waterloo changed hands for $273,500. Built in 1997, it has 1,560 square feet of living space and was priced at $175 per square foot.

    3. The sale of the single-family home at 46 Mechanic Street in Seneca Falls was finalized for $295,000. It was built in 1973 and has 1,776 square feet of living space, with a price per square foot of $166.

    2. A property at 3 Seneca Circle in Seneca Falls sold for $475,000. The single-family home was built in 1952 and has 775 square feet of living space, priced at $613 per square foot.

    1. The most expensive sale was the single-family home at 10 Stewart Street in Waterloo, which sold for $690,000. Built in 1955, it has 875 square feet of living space and a price per square foot of $789.
