ordan Masaeid-Hosey, a Realtor based in Hoover, is revolutionizing the real estate industry with her innovative approach to buying and selling homes. She recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for her new office in the Trace Crossings community, which will bring together 60 collaborative partners under one roof.
Unlike traditional real estate brokerages, Masaeid-Hosey's office will offer a wide range of services, from marketing and moving to lending money, home inspections, and repairs. "We're going to have a one-stop shop for all things real estate," she said. "You name it, we have the person for you in-house."
The 5,000-square-foot building is being constructed by Signature Homes in Knox Square, with a target completion date of early spring 2025. Masaeid-Hosey has already secured partnerships with 32 of the planned 60 companies, including Regions and Anchor Title & Closing.
Her vision is to create a stress-free experience for homebuyers and sellers by providing easy access to trusted service providers. "Most people don't see the value in agents now," she said. "But there are many other pieces of the puzzle that cause stress." By bringing these services together, Masaeid-Hosey aims to take the hassle out of buying or selling a home.
Nathan Cordle, a closing attorney with Anchor Title & Closing, praised Masaeid-Hosey's innovative approach, saying it was "a great innovation" in the industry. Heather Reeves, who works with Cordle, echoed his sentiments, noting that Masaeid-Hosey has always been willing to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
The new office will feature a café where service providers can meet with clients, and Masaeid-Hosey is buying enough chairs for 56 people to be based there. With her team of collaborative partners, she's confident that they'll be able to provide an unparalleled level of service to their clients.
