A
Jupiter waterfront mansion sold for $9.7 million in October, making it the most expensive home sale on the Treasure Coast that month. The property's 500 feet of water frontage and stunning views of the Loxahatchee River made it a standout, according to Realtor Michael Ivancevic. The custom-built home features five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, and 6,476 square feet of living space.
The sale set a new record for the Islands of Jupiter, surpassing the previous record by $3.8 million. Ivancevic noted that the property's unique location on an island point lot with a 100-foot dock and two boat lifts made it highly desirable.
